夏日果醬:長果桑葚醬

天氣轉熱以來,產量爆炸的長果桑葚已經採收了三次,味道如蜜,攤在桌上像是紅綠相間的毛毛蟲。

洗淨晾乾,撒上砂糖醃製一小時,用叉子去芯,加熱煮滾,依口味加了冰糖和檸檬汁,煮至收汁。

完成的桑葚醬入口微有果凍感,酸甜交織。
